Exercise is the key!
I've been negecting so many things, besides my diet at the moment. I've become quite obsessed with exercising. I make sure I go to the gym at least once a day, for up to 50 min. Although I didn't go yesterday or today, so I'm making myself go tomorrow.
I've also lost 7kg, which I forgot to mention. I was really surpised when I saw that on the scales. I think the scales at the gym are wrong, or I'm just using them wrong.
I really need to save some money and buy myself some.
